Road safety advice in the press
With the intention of broadening the target audience for its information measures, the abertis foundation made an agreement in 2008 with the newspaper Avui and another with El Periódico de l’Estudiant to promote information about road safety in both titles.
Under this agreement, the newspaper Avui featured a section in its Sortim [Out and About] supplement during the year which set out to inform readers of curiosities or give advice concerning road safety.
The monthly paper aimed at Catalan secondary school pupils El Periódico de l’Estudiant devoted a full section in each of its issues to information about the importance of safe, responsible mobility.
