Code of Ethics
This is a fundamental set of regulations drawn up by the Abertis Foundation and the companies in the Abertis Group that provide the guidelines for behaviour vis-a-vis their stakeholders.
Any queries or notification of a breach of the Code of Ethics can be made through the Ethics Channel. All queries and notifications will be dealt with by the Ethics and Crime Prevention Committee of Abertis Infraestructuras. The Corruption Prevention Regulation
This regulation embodies the Abertis Foundation’s and the Abertis Group companies’ zero tolerance of any act of corruption, setting out general guidelines for behaviour and monitoring that are to be practiced by the Abertis Foundation and the companies of the Abertis Group.
Procedure for Funding Community Projects
This procedure outlines the way in which the Abertis Foundation conducts sponsorship activities, implementing controls to prevent any act of corruption. The CSR report of Abertis Infraestructuras, SA, outlines the purpose of the Abertis Foundation to align the economic interests of the Abertis Group companies with the local communities in which they operate, in order to protect the local environment and society.
Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is the governing body of the Abertis Foundation. It administers it and represents it in the eyes of the law and its statutes.
